Deborah Pace

Deborah Corrine Pace, age 64 of 3442 Meadow Head Dr, Schertz, Texas, has suddenly passed away on Tuesday, November 19th, 2019 of natural causes.  She was preceded in death by her brother Julian C. Autrey III, her father Julian C. Autrey II and her mother Mae Virginia (NeeCaine) Autrey resided in Texas and all were born in Alabama.  Debby is survived by her husband George M. Vollrath of Schertz, Texas, son Andrew Gardis Hill & his wife Kristi and their 2 sons Jacob and Justin all of Buda, Texas, her daughter Emily Virginia (nee Hill) Groce, husband Trey Groce and their son Eric are residing in Dripping Springs, Texas and step-son Eric M. Vollrath of Kalamazoo, Michigan and an ex-husband Gene Randall Hill of Texas (father to Andrew and Emily).

Debby enjoyed interior design, gardening, swimming, scrapbooking and her pets. She is the former business owner of K-9 Design of Austin Texas a formerly successful pet grooming company. Her amazing sense of humor gave her friends and family joy over the years. She was a very family-oriented mother and grandmother.

A memorial service will be held at a near future date to be determined at the Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park, Clear Springs, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the wish was to give a memorial to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
