David Casses

Our beloved brother, David D. Casses, born the youngest of six children on November 8, 1967 in San Antonio, Texas passed away on Thursday, 30 December 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Jr and Karumi Casses and brother, James Casses III. He is survived by his loving fiance, Gillian Lugo. He is also survived by his brother, Mike Casses and wife, Debbie; sister, Maxine Nafus & husband, Eric; sister, Betty Black & husband, Danny; brother, John Casses & wife, Carol; nephews, Bryan Black, Chad Nafus, Mark Casses, Chris Davis, Shane Davis, Aaron Davis, Colby Davis, Xander Davis, DJ Davis and Brody Davis; niece, Krystle Zwoll. David was a 1986 graduate of Samuel Clemens High School. He loved music and was a gifted musician with a compassionate heart. His passion was singing, writing music, playing in bands with his friends and working with computers. David worked for Ranger American as a dispatcher and worked his way up to a Computer Technician with the Information Technology branch. He had a smile and a laugh that could light up a room. David had a big heart. He would give you the shirt off of his back if you needed it. He is loved and will be truly missed by his many friends and family. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, 5 January 2011 at 7:00 PM at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel located at 2217 FM 3009, Schertz, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Davids name to Schertz Funeral Home. The family would like to extend their thanks to his doctor, Dr. James Russell, for his loving and dedicated care of David over the years.
