Cornelius Allen

March 17, 1938 — July 3, 2008

Ret. Lieutenant Colonel Cornelius A. Allen of Universal City, TX was born in Grand Prairie, TX on March 17, 1938 and went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at the age of seventy years. He has been a resident of the San Antonio area since 1986. Neil is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis Allen; son, David Allen and his wife Heather Bunkley Allen; daughter, Sandee Reznik and her husband, Eugene Reznik; and by one sister, Marvie Cody. A visitation will be held at Schertz Funeral Home on Monday, July 7, 2008 from 6PM to 8PM with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:30PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Selma, TX beginning at 12:30PM with interment to follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
