Colleen Simons

Colleen May (Robinson) Simons, 67, of Cibolo, TX passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2020,  at home with family.  She was born in Zion, IL. on October 25 ^th , 1952 to Archie & Florence Robinson.  She married Ronald W. Simons Sr. of Angleton, TX.

Colleen suffered from Fibromyalgia since her teenage years until God healed her of that.  Colleen was a devote Christian who dedicated her time telling people about God.  She always put God’s family and her family first above all else.

Colleen worked for many years as a housekeeper and her hobbies included crochet, playing cards and board games with family and friends.

Colleen attended Apostolic Jesus Name Assembly of Kenosha, WI., forty plus years. When she moved to Texas she became a member of the Pentecostal of San Antonio Church here in Texas.  Colleen is survived by her six brothers, six sisters, her three children; Ronald, Rhonda and Ray and seven grandchildren—Christian, Tyler, Rachael, John, Colleen, Paul and Melanie.  Her parents, two brothers and two sisters preceded Colleen in death.

A Visitation/Wake will be held from 5:00-8:00PM on Friday October 16, 2020 at Schertz Funeral Home, 2217 F.M. 3009, Schertz, TX 78154.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, October 17, 2020, at The Pentecostal of San Antonio, 250 Dinn Rd., San Antonio, TX 78218.
