Clifford Trim

September 17, 1944 — July 16, 2012

Clifford Love Trim went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 16, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on September 17, 1944 in Alhambra, CA, he was the son of the late Willie Love Trim, Jr. and Virginia Mae Pearson Trim. For the last 15 years, Clifford served in support of our military men and women in Kosovo, Uzbekistan and at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. from September 1961 to November 1969. Clifford is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Deby Manning Trim; daughter, Keri LeBlanc; son, Shawn and Liz Trim; grandchildren, Dylan and Devin Trim, Taylor and Kenedy LeBlanc, Lily Love Trim, Shea and Monica Stanley, Brandon Trim, Brandy Bridges, Nick Schlossher; three great- grandchildren; brothers, Willie and Thumper Trim, Patrick and Rhonda Trim, Morris and Barbara Lumley; sister, Judy and Willie Vrana; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and close friends. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Schertz Funeral Home from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Schertz Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, San Antonio. Many thanks to the staff at Hospice Inspiris who provided such loving care.
