Clayton Mcmahan

November 22, 1940 — July 21, 2014

TSgt Clayton Lewis McMahan, USAF (Ret.), born on November 22, 1940, passed away on July 21, 2014, at the age of 73. After retiring from the United States Air Force, Clayton spent many years as an accountant at C K Tax Bookkeeping Service in Schertz, Texas. His parents, Alfred and Florence McMahan, preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Kathy McMahan; children, Alfred McMahan, Russell McMahan, Alan McMahan, Richard McMahan, Scott Patton, Chris Patton, and Brian Patton; 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 30, 2014, from 6:00PM-8:00PM, at Schertz Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be on Thursday, July 31, 2014, at 9:30AM, at Schertz Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with United States Air Force Honors.
