Clarence A. Dolle was born December 24, 1934 and passed away on September 7, 2021 at the age of 86 years. Clarence was a life-long member of St. Michael's Society at OLPH, a life member of the Bracken Bowling Club, and a life member of the Bracken Volunteer Fire Department. In his younger days, he enjoyed playing golf with his friends. He was avid hunter his whole life and the deer mounts on the walls of his homes prove it.
Clarence is preceded in death by his parents, Oscar Dolle, Sr and Emilie Ott Dolle and baby sister, Peggy Jo Dolle.
Clarence is survived by his wife of 65 years, Alice Scheel Dolle; son, Kenneth Dolle and wife Sherri; daughters Sandra De La Fuente and husband David and Patricia Anz and husband Bill; grandchildren, David Dolle and wife Jessica, Bryce Houlton and wife Carissa, Aubrey Houlton and wife Taylor, Cassie De La Fuente, Trenton Anz and Owen Anz; great-grandchildren, Ashton Dolle, Carsyn Dolle, Sydney Dolle, Kenna Houlton and Maddox Houlton; brothers, Oscar Dolle, Jr, and Larry (Gail) Dolle; sister Gladys (Herbert) Murphy; sisters-in-law, Bernice Friesenhahn, Angeline (Arnold)Moos, Jeanette (J.T.)Mooney, Gladys (Ralph) Haecker, Joan (Claude)Mayer, Madelyn (James) Shodrok, Deborah (Charles) Real, Joyce Scheel; brothers-in-law, Clarence Scheel, and Harvey Scheel; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday September 13, 2021 at Schertz Funeral Home, Schertz, Texas 5:00PM-9:00PM with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00PM. A Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Selma, Texas at 11:00AM. Interment will follow at OLPH Selma Cemetery #2.
