Claire Pasierb, age 95, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2016 in San Antonio, TX. She was born to Stanley and Stefania (Bonczek) Mydlowski on December 22, 1920 in Trenton, NJ. Claire Pasierb worked as a clerk in the insurance industry, retiring after 20+ years. She also worked as business manager for the family's delicatessen business. Claire was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 23 years, Edward, sisters Helen Stepien and Barbara Kramarz, brother Tony Mydlowski, her parents, in-laws and various aunts and uncles. Survivors include son, E. Gary Pasierb and wife Rita of San Antonio and daughter, Anita Pasierb Moses of Port Neches, TX; grandchildren Kara Smith and husband David, Mark Pasierb and wife, Megan, Carly Frost and husband Chad Vincent, and Chad Edward Moses; great-grandchildren, Owen and Sylvie Smith, Luke and Jake Pasierb, Gavin Frost and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A Memorial Mass will be held at the St. Joseph Chapel, Village of the Incarnate Word, San Antonio on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 11:30AM . Funeral Mass to celebrate her life will be held on a date to be announced at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, Trenton, NJ. Graveside services will be held privately at St. Hedwig's Cemetery, Trenton, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Village at Incarnate Word, CCVI Legacy Fund, 4707 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78209 or on-line at www.iwretire.org/make-donation (choose CCVI Legacy Fund for "support of"). We will hold Claire forever in our hearts where she will be remembered for her kind, fun-loving, spunky and generous spirit.
