Charlotte Juanita Cooper, age 61, passed away on December 1, 2016 in Universal City, Texas. She was born to Floyd and Aline Blair on April 6, 1955 in Hanford, California. Charlotte is survived by her husband: Jimmy Cooper; children: Chris Mosley & wife Paige, Nick Mosley and Dru Wimberly & husband Isaac; grandchildren: Mitchell Mosley, Spencer Mosley, Tessa Mosley, Layla Wimberly and Cade Wimberly; sisters: Katie Dickenson and Margaret Blair; as well as other family members and friends. There will be a Memorial Service at The Village Church in Denton, Texas at a later date.
