Charlotte Baldwin

Charlotte Ann Baldwin, Foster “Nana”, age 85, passed away Thursday January 12, 2023. She was born in Navasota, Texas. She lived in Houston Tx, Plano Tx, and called San Antonio Tx home. She graduated from Navasota High School in 1955 and moved to Houston and met her late husband, Wayne Baldwin. She greatly enjoyed pets and the outdoors with her husband, family and friends. As a small child she learned sewing and cooking with her mother and that love created Bikini Cove and the Brown Bag Sandwich Shop in San Antonio Texas. She was loved by all who enjoyed her spirit and food “Talk about heavenly desserts” for 20 years. She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt. Her love she had for her husband, children and grandchildren was greater than the size of Texas.
Preceded in death by her husband Wayne Edward Baldwin; parents Ernest and Geraldine Foster.
She is survived by her son, Wayne Edward Baldwin Jr; son Garrett Foster Baldwin; son William Clay Baldwin and wife Alexa; three grandchildren Mikaela Francesca, Arianna Baldwin, sister Sue Foster Slaton "sissy" and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday January 21, 2023 Schertz Funeral Home 2217 FM 3009 Schertz, TX 78154 1-210-658-9224 . The family will greet guests at 1:00 PM followed by the service beginning at 1:30 PM.
