Charles Rumsey

Charles Franklin Rumsey , born on April 5, 1945, passed away on August 25, 2018 at the age of 73.

Charles retired from the US Army after serving 21 years and retired to enjoy life and his passions that he embraced everyday. He is very loved and missed by all the lives he has blessed to be part of.

Charles was survived by his wife, Shirley Moore; daughter Stephanie Romero, son in law Anthony, grandchildren Dylan, Peyton and Antonio. Shirley's sons, Clint Moore, Matthew Moore, and grandson, Nick Moore

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 9: 00AM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with Military Honors.
