Charles Edward Ragler, III

October 12, 1983 — November 15, 2024

Charles Edward Ragler III, known as Moses, Rocky and Mr. Top was born in Baltimore Maryland on October 12, 1983 to Charles Ragler Jr. and Veronica Cunningham.

Charles attended Carver High School and WestSide Skill Center, where he was on the Debate Team. At the young age of 20, he decided to join the United States Air Force (USAF) and enlisted in March 2004. Three and a half years later, while serving at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson AFB, Anchorage Alaska as a Security Forces Defender, he met his current wife Tracie Pugh. After about 8 months of dating, he married Tracie on Aug 1, 2008.

During his military service, he served at U.S. Air bases in Alaska, Thailand, Texas, Guam, Georgia and a tour of duty in Kirkuk, Iraq. After honorable military service, Charles worked for Wells Fargo as a Customer Service Representative helping and resolving account holders inquiries and discrepancies. A true hard worker and believer in his craft, he was recognized for his dedication of service for 5 years at Wells Fargo.

He was a true fan of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), formally known as World Wrestling Federation (WWF) and loved the likes of Stone Cold Steve Austin, the Undertaker, The Rock and many more. One of his dreams was to become part of WWE and he actively took part in training at one of the former WWE’s wrestling training centers in Atlanta Georgia while serving in the Air Force Reserve at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, GA in 2008.

Although he was from Baltimore, he was a fan of “America’s Team”, the Dallas Cowboys. He also loved playing video games with his friends such as Call of Duty, Black Ops and NFL Madden. Charles was a comedian and jokester, he was the life of any gathering and would keep the celebrations moving. He loved to cook any recipe he could google, a master griller and thought of as his family’s personal chef.

Most importantly, Charles was a family man and loved being a dad. He basked in the similarities and intensity he and the boys had for gaming and the joy he experienced dancing and singing with his matching eyed twin Chloe.

On November 15, 2024, God called Charles home to his eternal rest.

Charles leaves to cherish his wife of 16 years Tracie, his children, sons Gabriel and Lucas, and daughter Chloe. His parents Charles Ragler Jr. and Veronica Cunningham, siblings Brian and Jada and nephew James. His numerous aunts, cousins, family and friends. His best friends Kirk and James, their friendship will last forevermore. Charles is preceded in death by his grandmother Viola Gordon and grandfather Charles E. Ragler.
