Charles Oughton Iii

February 15, 1943 — March 26, 2019

Charles "Chuck" Edward Oughton II, age 76, passed away on March 26, 2019 in Gruene, TX.

He was born February 15, 1943, to Charles and Evelyn Oughton in Providence, Rhode Island. He was a patriotic man that proudly served our country in the United States Air Force and retired as a Captain. He was a very direct and serious man but he always had a joke to follow. He was also a devoted fan of Manchester United soccer team - all because of his son's love for the sport.

He is survived by his wife, MiSook Oughton of 40 years and 3 of 4 children. Daughter Dawn Oughton, daughter April Martin and her husband Kevin Martin, son Daniel Oughton, and grandson Liam Martin.

A graveside funeral service for Chuck will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with Military Honors. Memorial donations may be made to the gofundme account established online.

A reception will be held Thursday, following the graveside service. Information will be provided at the time of service.
