Cathy Snead

July 24, 1951 — January 25, 2012

Cathy Snead, 60, of Cibolo passed away on January 25, 2012. She is survived by her husband Jerry; mother-in-law Letha; sons Jerry II, Shannon, and Chris, daughter-in-law Suzanne, grandsons Ethan and Carson, brother Johnny Mcqueen and his wife Elrose, sister Diann Barta and numerous relatives including Della Collins. Cathy retired after a 34 year career with Southwestern Bell (AT&T) in 2003 and worked for Texas MedClinic for 3 years. When she wasn't working she enjoyed spending time with her sons and grandsons; cooking for friends and family; cheering on her beloved San Antonio Spurs; and creating long lists of chores for her husband. Visitation will be held between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on Friday, January 27, 2012 at Schertz Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at San Jose Burial Park.
