Cathy Duggar

July 23, 1961 — January 5, 2013

Cathy Duggar Zookeeper and Aunt Cappe was born on July 23, 1961 and passed away on January 5, 2013 at the age of 51. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, John Wesley and Mary Peacock and paternal grandparents, Marvin C. and Iona Mae Duggar, all from Jacksonville, Florida. She is survived by parents, Lenora J. Duggar of Schertz, Texas and father, Leon C. Duggar of Belton, Missouri; sister, Elisa Duggar Page, Whitehall, MD; brothers, David S. Duggar of Wimberley, Texas and Leon M. Duggar of Sandia Park, NM. Cathy is also survived by 3 nieces, 3 nephews, 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews. Cathy was a graduate of Samuel Clemens High School Class of 1979 and studied at Southwest College in San Marcos, Texas (now known as Texas State College). She was an Office Manager, Construction Project Manager, Council Woman for City of Cibolo, 2000-2001, loved country music and dancing and made many friends at Greune Hall. She loved to garden and can her fruits and jellies. She was a bird breeder and animal lover, student of astrology,master of Reiki, loved little children, especially her nieces and nephews. She was also a member of the Community of Christ Church in New Braunfels, TX. She was a true friend to those she knew and loved her and she will be gravely missed by all. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2013, 10:30am, at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel.
