Castella Red Buggs, age 79 of Converse, passed away on August 7, 2010. She was born on February 4, 1931 in Littleton, NC. Castella was united to Horace Mickey Buggs on March 12, 1950. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles & Basella Jones and her sons, Horace Buggs, Jr. & Kenneth Buggs. Castella is survived by her spouse, Horace Mickey Buggs; sons, Brian Buggs of Paterson, NJ and Reginald Buggs of Garfield, NJ; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Castella worked as a Nurse most of her life. She graduated from Holy Name Hospital in 1985. She was also a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Garfield, NJ. A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM (with a Funeral Service being held at 7:00 PM) on Friday, August 13, 2010 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel.
