Carol Irene Weeks, born September 22, 1943 in Dayton, Oh, passed away on March 31, 2017, in San Antonio, TX, at the age of 73. Carol is preceded in death by her husband Allen R. Weeks; parents, Russell and Nellie Scales, brother Ed Scales, and sister, Elnora Klamborowski. She is survived by her children Duane (Melissa) Weeks, and Donnie (April) Weeks, grandchildren, Jeremy Weeks, Justin Weeks, Jonathon Weeks, Austin Weeks, Cody Weeks, Scott Russell, Jasmine Russell, Jon O'Guin and Brandon O'Guin. Carol loved taking care of her family, she also enjoyed playing slot machines and watching Golden Girls. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at the Schertz Funeral Home, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. The graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, 10:30am, at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
