Carol Pasley

February 9, 1937 — December 18, 2010

Carol Raeona Pasley passed away with her loving husband by her side on December 18, 2010. She was born to Earl and Elizabeth Weiser on February 9, 1937. Carol married James Pasley on October 17, 1953. Jim has been taking care of Ray in their home in Cibolo, Texas. Carol and Jim have five children. Sharon Weiser, Marshall, Missouri; Michael Pasley and his wife Debbie, Las Vegas, Nevada; James Pasley and his wife, Deena, Las Vegas, Nevada; John Pasley, deceased; and Mandy Alandzes and her husband Danny, Cibolo, Texas. There are 16 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Of her ten siblings, Cora Maddox, Vera Hayword, JoAnne Peters, Roy Weiser, Ralph Weiser, Charlotte Day, Joseph Weiser, Bennie Weiser, Bonnie Palmer, and Robert Weiser only Charlotte, San Diego, California and Roy, St. Joseph, Missouri survive. Carol worked at a variety of jobs including lab technician at Anchor Serum and the State Mental Hospital early in her career. She finished her work life as the cafeteria manager for a Las Vegas Middle School. Carol will be remembered for her wonderful cooking, generous spirit, and fun personality. She never met a stranger. Services will be held at Schertz Funeral Home, Schertz, Texas on December 21 at 4:00. She will be cremated. She will be buried next to her son, John at Sunset Memorial Park, Lawton, Oklahoma at a later date.
