Carol Mcknight

October 4, 1946 — August 4, 2011

It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of our sister, Carol Ann McKnight, who peacefully passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at the age of 64. Carol resided in Schertz, TX but was born in Trenton, NJ and spent many years working as a legal secretary on Long Beach Island, NJ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob McKnight, and parents, Joseph and Grace Virok. She is survived by her sisters, Grace Quin, Rita Pasierb, Mary Virok and Bernadette Barnes; brothers-in-law, Jeffrey Quin, Gary Pasierb and Jay Barnes; Uncle, Ernie and Aunt, Julie Virok; Aunts, Lillian Paferi, Magdalen Virok; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and loving friends. A memorial service will begin at 6:00pm, Thursday, August 11 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel, 2217 F.M. 3009, Schertz, TX 78154. Commemorative contributions may be made in her name to the Schertz Public Library, 798 Schertz Parkway, Schertz, TX 78154 or Odyssey Hospice, 4440 S. Piedras Drive, Suite 125, San Antonio, TX 78228.
