Carmen Eastman

November 5, 1921 — June 16, 2013

Carmen Laura Ida Wahl Eastman was born Nov. 5, 1921 and died June 16, 2013 near her home in Bracken, Texas. She married Allen Eastman Dec. 11, 1944 in Denver, Colorado. They raised three children, Theresa Rosprim, Annette Hawkins, and David Eastman. She was a graduate of P& S School of Nursing Services and a lifelong member of Bracken United Methodist Church where she loved to sing the old beloved hymns. She has 4 grandchildren, Laura Loper, Christopher Hill, Lindsey Eastman and Matthew Hawkins, and one great grandson, Cory Loper. Visitation will be at Schertz Funeral Home on Thursday, June 20, 2013 6:00 - 9:00PM. Funeral Service will be Friday, June 21, 2013 at Bracken United Methodist Church at 2:00PM. Interment to follow at Bracken Community Cemetery.
