Carlos Enrique Pinzon

Carlos Pinzon, 45, of Schertz, TX, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

Carlos was born September 22, 1978 to Emily Mendivelso and Roberto Pinzon in Bogota, Colombia.

After graduating from Hollywood Hills High School, he went on to study computer technology at Sheridan Technical School in Florida.

After completing his certification, he began his career at Hydradyne as a sales representative where he continued to work for over ten years.

In 2007, Carlos and Pat Anaya met in Margate, Florida. They married in 2011 and have one child, Abigail, 9, who was the apple of her father’s eye.

Carlos was a beloved husband, loving father, and caring son. He was incredibly devoted to his family and was always there for them when needed.

In his free time, Carlos enjoyed being outdoors mountain biking or hiking.

Carlos was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Ana Silvia Romero and Ananias de Jesus Mendivelso and paternal grandparents, Pedro Pinzon and Maria Rueda. He is survived by wife, Pat, daughter, Abigail, parents Emily Mendivelso and Roberto Pinzon, and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Carlos had a warm and uplifting spirit, and he will be missed by many.

The Funeral Service for Carlos will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, January 27, 2024 in the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel.
