Candace Purcell

October 27, 1950 — March 28, 2019

Candace M. Purcell, age 68, passed away on March 29, 2019 in New Braunfels, Texas. She was born to Harry & Jimmie Miller on October 27, 1950 in Midland, Texas. Candy proudly supported the RESCU Foundation (Renaissance Entertainers Services and Crafters United), as well as the American Volkssport Association (AVA), where she served as Chief Financial Officer for more than 20 years. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, and loved all animals.

Candy was preceded in death by her daughter, Victoria (Tori) Purcell. She is survived by her loving husband, James Purcell; son, Patrick Purcell; sister, Melissa Hardee; and numerous other family members and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00PM on Monday, April 1, 2019 at Schertz Funeral Home, with Visitation beginning at 5:00PM.
