Bruce Rothwell

October 27, 1950 — November 14, 2009

Dr. Bruce Allan Rothwell, U. S. Air Force, Retired, age 59 of Schertz, passed away November 14, 2009. Dr. Rothwell was preceded in death by his father, Charles Rothwell. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Anne Rothwell of Schertz; mother, Dorothy Rothwell of San Antonio; daughters, Bambi Rothwell of Schertz, Beth Rothwell & Brandy Rothwell, both of San Antonio; brothers, Charles Rothwell of Visalia, California and Eddie Rothwell of Washington and numerous nieces and nephews. Maj. Rothwell served his Country 30 honorable years in the U.S. Air Force. Dr. Rothwell deeply enjoyed teaching as a professor and he also served as Dean for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Universal for several distinguished years. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel.
