Bruce Hatfield

Bruce (best known as) Sprout Hatfield age 77, entered heaven peacefully September 20, 2017 to once again reunite with the love of his life, Katie. Sprout, was born on July 3, 1940 to Harold and Alzada Hatfield in Kansas City, MO. He is survived by his daughters Cheryl Burbano , Dana Hatfield and Julie Tiller, and their spouses; brother Harold (Beans) Hatfield; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; fellow "outlaws"; and other relatives.

Sprout lived life to the fullest, and always embraced his family and friends with a smile, and witty sense of humor. He adored his grandkids that knew him best as "Popeye". He loved the K.C. Royals and Chiefs! His work life consisted of service in the USAF , he is a former FBI agent, and retired with Pharmaceuticals.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00-8: 00PM , on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Schertz Funeral Home, with a Rosary being recited at 7: 00PM . A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10: 00AM on Monday, September 25, 2017 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
