Brittany Johnson

Brittany Rose Johnson of Cibolo, Texas was born on May 13, 1996 to her loving parents, Sam and Christi Johnson. Her brother, Christopher was always by her side and they grew up to be the best of friends. As a Steele Knight Class of 2014, Brittany was an exceptional daughter, sister, niece, athlete, student, and above all friend to everyone she encountered. She opened her heart and soul to anyone who needed her. On August 7, 2013 God called one of the most beautiful angels back home again. "For I know the plans I have for you, declares The Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."(Jeremiah 29:11). Her mother, grandparents, and aunt were there to welcome her with open arms. Brittany is preceded in death by her loving mother, Christi Johnson, her grandparents, Bob & Shirley Cullum, and Walter K. Johnson. Brittany is survived by her father, Samuel Johnson, her brother, Christopher and sister Summer. Brittany's memory and spirit will live in everyone and she will be sorely missed. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 13, 2013, from 5:00PM - 9:00PM, at Schertz Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at 10:00AM, at Schertz Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park South. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Brittany Johnson Memorial Fund at Firstmark Credit Union acct# 685940.
