Brenda Gail (Klug) Alderete born to Harold and Shirley Mae Klug on June 26, 1964 in San Antonio, Texas was called home on June 9, 2014. Brenda is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Edgar Klug. She is survived by her beloved husband, Joe M. Alderete; children, Kenneth Shiroky (Suzanne), Michael Klug (Hannah), Nathan Alderete (Alyssa) and Joe Alderete, Jr. (Brenda); grandchildren, Taylor, Connor, Jasmine, Brandon, Joe III, Nicholas and Jeremiah; brothers, Ronald and Donald Klug; sister-in-laws, Karen and Delanie Klug, also her loving sister (best-friend) Debbie Bowers. She will remain cherished in the memory of those who knew and loved her. The family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00AM to 9:00PM on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will resume on Friday, June 13, 2014 at 10:00AM. Interment will follow at the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Cemetery in St. Hedwig, Texas.
