Born on November 22, 1942, in Colombia, South America to Inocencio and Carmen Parra. Bradley's journey was marked by unwavering commitment, illustrious achievements.
For 20 years, he proudly served in the United States Air Force, earning respect from his peers and superiors. His dedication to his country was just one facet of his character. He was a devoted family man who instilled in his children, Dean Parra and Janet Fonner, the values of perseverance and kindness. Watching them grow filled him with immense pride, and he treasured every moment spent with them.
Bradley’s love further extended to his granddaughter, Morgan Fonner, who brought him countless smiles and laughter. He embraced each opportunity to share his wisdom and passion for life with her. His love also extended to his son in law Jonathan Fonner.
As a sports enthusiast, he was not just a participant but a champion; he claimed titles as a Texas, California, and National Racquetball Champion. His passion for racquetball and handball reflected his competitive spirit and zest for life.
He is survived by his brothers, Eddie Parra and Douglas Parra, who will carry his legacy of strength and love. Though he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Clara Parra, the memories they created together will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew them.
Bradley's life is a testament to the power of love, determination, and joy. He touched the lives of many, leaving a legacy of inspiration. He will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever shine brightly in the hearts of his family and friends.
A memorial visitation celebrating his life will be held on November 16, 2024, at Schertz Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 2217 FM 3009 in Schertz, Texas. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM, where stories of his remarkable journey will be shared.
