Billie Penrod

Billie Faye (Graham) Penrod, age 83, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 in Schertz, TX. She was born to Haskell Davis & Bobbie Lucille (Rustin) Graham in Blytheville, AR. on July 16, 1935. She was preceded in death by her parents Haskell and Bobbie Graham, husband Joe Neal Penrod, sister Patty Oxford, brother James Graham, and grandson Justin Neal Penrod-Escobedo. Survivors include: brother Bob Graham of Texas, brother Doug Graham and wife Francis of Arkansas, daughters Susan Brown and husband Dwaine of Huntington, TX, Pam Merry & husband Bill of San Angelo, TX, Debbie Howard & husband Larry of Blackwell, TX, Donna Volz & husband J.R. and Cathy Penrod, all of Schertz, TX, seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Monday, October 29, 2018 at Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. Doors will open at 9:00 A.M. for visitation. Graveside services and interment will immediately follow with honors at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, Fort Sam Houston, TX.
