Barbara Zotz

Barbara F. Zotz, born on December 18, 1941 in Tyler, Texas to Richard and Lucille Forsythe, passed away on September 24, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 77.

Barbara was raised in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Brackenridge High School in 1960. She worked in accounting for a local food supplier where she met her husband, James J. Zotz Jr. Together they had a son and Barbara made the decision to become a stay at home mother. Both Barbara and James were Nascar fans. She collected Nascar cars and they were season ticket holders at the Texas Motor Speedway for 6 years. Barbara is survived by her husband of 52 years, James J. Zotz Jr. and son, Michael A. Zotz.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 30, 2019 from 4:00PM-8:00PM at the Schertz Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 10:00AM at the Schertz Funeral Home with interment to follow at San Jose Burial Park.
