Arturo Lugo

Arturo Lugo, born on December 24, 1934, in Ysleta, Texas, passed away on December 4, 2016, in Schertz, Texas, at the age of 81. Arturo was a Master Sargent in the United States Air Force for 23 years. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Jesus Lugo, Jr. Arturo is survived by his loving wife, Donna Lugo; son, Phillip Lugo and wife Jadranka; daughters, Gillian and Dorian Lugo; brother, Robert Lugo; sisters, Mary Steinberg and Alicia Gonzalez; sister-in-law, Lucy Lugo. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at 12:00 PM (noon), at St. Monica's Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will begin immediately after the Rosary. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that any memorial donation be made to the American Diabetes Association or Hope Hospice.
