Anna Hendry

Anna Hendry, longtime resident of Schertz, Texas, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Monday, September 2, 2019 at the age of 86. Anna was a teacher at Jack and Jill Pre-School, a cashier/manager at various grocery stores as well as being a loving mother and military spouse. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Sherrill Hendry. She is survived by two sons, Ken Hendry (Kathy) of Sealy, Texas, and Doug Hendry (Joyce) of Seguin, Texas. She has four grandchildren, Aaron Hendry (Stacy), Melissa Balensiefer( Hank), Scott Hendry (Bailee), Brent Hendry and ten great-grandchildren.  Visitation will be held on September 12, 2019 at Schertz Funeral Home from 6 to 8 pm.  Funeral service will be held on Friday September 13, 2019 at Schertz Funeral Home at 11 am.  Interment will follow at Ft.
