Anita Franco

April 20, 1921 — July 1, 2008

Anita Franco, age 87 of Schertz, passed away on July 1, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Juan S. Franco. Anita is survived by her sons, Geronimo Franco of San Antonio, Aurelio Franco & wife, Nanette of Schertz, Adolph Franco of Live Oak, Refugio Franco & wife, Florence of New Braunfels, Simon Franco & wife, Josie of Converse, Martin Franco & wife, Tammy of San Antonio, Jesse Franco & wife, Hortencia of San Antonio, Eusebio Franco & wife, Cynthia of San Antonio and Lucas Franco & wife, Mira of McQueeney; brothers, Jose Aguilar, Macario Aguilar and Domingo Aguilar; sisters, Amelia Garcia and Victoria Garcia, eighteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM (with a Rosary being Recited at 7:00 PM) on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. A Mass will be Celebrated at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, with Monsignor Roger Robbins as the Celebrant. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
