Andrew Scott

Andrew Glenn Scott, 51, of Schertz , Texas passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2018. He was born on May 31, 1966 at Blytheville AFB, Arkansas. Andrew will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is well known for his life long passion for writing and a playing music, business acumen, and sharp wit. He spent most of his younger years as a member of a military family living in several parts of the country as well as abroad in Europe. In recent years he worked as a mortgage underwriter with Gold Financial Services in San Antonio, Texas.

He was preceded in passing by his mother, Norma C. Scott. He is survived by his father, Taylor G. Scott, and his brother Gary T. Scott, both of San Antonio, Texas.

Visitation for Andrew will be on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 1 PM to 4 PM at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel in Schertz , Texas. A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, February 5 at 11 AM at the Sunset Memorial Park in San Antonio, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Wounded Warrior Project.
