Andrew Hillner Patrin, age 21, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on April 7, 2009. Andrew was born to George and Pamela (Hillner) Patrin on April 18, 1987 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is survived by his parents, COL. George & Pam Patrin of Monterey, California; grandparents, Robert & Donna Hillner of Tucson, Arizona and Donald Patrin of Roseville, Minnesota; brothers, Justin Patrin of Berkeley, California and Paul Patrin & wife, Christina of Austin, Texas and numerous other additional relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Friday, April 10, 2009 at Schertz Funeral Home. Memorial Donations may be made to: Permaculture Research Institute USA, 8040 2nd Avenue South, Bloomington, MN 55420. An additional service will be held at Morris Nilsen Funeral Home in Richfield, Minnesota. Visitation will be held on Tuesday April 14, 2009, from 5-8PM. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at Morris Nilsen Funeral Home at 10AM, Interment will follow at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
