Alvaro Garcia, Jr. was born in San Gabriel, California on May 18, 1972 and passed away in Cibolo, Texas on October 28, 2012 at the age of 40. He is survived by his wife, Ann Marie Garcia; parents, Alvaro and Raquel Garcia, Sr.; his daughter, Julianna Marie Garcia; brothers, Oscar Garcia and Rene Garcia. He was employed as a Service Technician by Keith Zars Pools. Family will receive friends Thursday, November 1, 2012 at Schertz Funeral Home from 5:00 to 9:00PM with a Rosary to start at 7:00PM. Visitation will be held at Oakdale Mortuary,1401 S. Grand Ave.,Glendora, California, 91740 on Monday November 5,2012 from 5:30 PM until 8:30 PM with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday November 6, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Covina, California with burial to follow at Oakdale Memorial Park, Glendora, California.
