Alta Woytasczyk

Alta Mary Woytasczyk passed away on July 8, 2020 at the age of 92. She was born on July 2, 1928 on the family farm in Yorktown, Texas to Alois and Matilda (Sprencel) Kolodziejcyk. On September 6, 1947 she wed the love of her life, Victor Eugene Woytasczyk. Together they moved to San Antonio and raised two sons.

Alta was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, son Victor Jr., brothers Victor, Alvin and Lee. She is survived by her son Gary, grandson Michael, daughter-in-law, Royleen, sisters Evelyn Feller and Mary Kendall (Dave), brother Alois Kolodziejcyk, Jr (Emily), sister-in-law Catherine Kolodziejcyk and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held from 5PM - 7PM on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 in Schertz Funeral Home Chapel with the Rosary to be recited at 7PM. The Funeral Mass will be held at 1PM on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Saint Mary Margaret Catholic Church with interment to follow at Saint Jerome Catholic Cemetery.
