ALMA LOUISE CHAMBLISS June 13, 1942 " February 25, 2010 Alma (Louise) Chambliss of Cibolo, Texas went to be with the Lord on February 25, 2010 at the age of 67. She was born on June 13, 1942 in Miami, Florida to William Edward and Sara De La Vergne. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Bill De La Vergne and sister, Frances Hatch. Louise is survived by her husband, Carl Reagan Chambliss; sons, Carl Reagan Chambliss, Jr. and wife, Linda, and David Edward Chambliss; daughter, Sherrie Rene Chambliss; grandchildren, Noemi Chambliss, Tina Chambliss and Tyler Chambliss and great-granddaughter, Nyona Silas. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to her many loving and caring extended family. A Rosary will be recited on Friday, March 5, 2010 at 7:00 in the evening at Schertz Funeral Home. The memorial service will follow on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Schertz Funeral Home.
