A.J. Myers

November 2, 1992 — August 8, 2014

Our beautiful and handsome young man, A.J. Myers, born on November 2, 1992, passed away on August 8, 2014, at the age of 21. He was very respectful, considerate, compassionate, sensitive, and fun. A.J. enjoyed football, hunting, fishing, and was very active and into being fit. He lived life to the fullest and was loved by everyone who knew him. Family and friends meant everything to A.J., if anyone called on him for anything, he was there. His mom was his best friend, and he was hers. He was the best person, and his beautiful smile and heartfelt hugs will be missed. Survivors include his parents, Sherman Engelke and Kristina Myers; sister, Brittnie Ormsby; gran granny, Jane Hudson; grandpa and grandma, Red and Karen Myers; grandparents, Jerry and Carol Engelke, and Mark and Judy Mcilvaine; uncle and aunt, Dean and Tracy Sheppard; nephew, Taylor Ormsby; cousins, Hunter and Dakota Sheppard; beloved dogs, Biggs and Riley. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 13, 2014, from 5:00PM-9:00PM, at Schertz Funeral Home. A Celebration of A.J.'s Life will take place on Thursday, August 14, 2014, at 4:00PM, at Schertz Funeral Home. All services will conclude in the chapel.
