Agnes A. Fey, born on November 5, 1950 in Floresville, Texas to Richard and Catherine Popham, passed away on August 19, 2015, in San Antonio, Texas, at the age of 64. She attended Floresville schools and graduated from Pleasanton High School in 1969. She married her true love, Alfred A. Fey Jr. on February 7, 1970 and had three children. Aggie was a fun, loving, hardworking and active person all her life. She loved to serve others, care for children, play softball, play cards, read books, and was an active bowler. Aggie was a wonderful wife to Al, a great mother to her children, and was a doting Grandma. She was a life member of several 9 pin bowling clubs and served as an officer in the Cibolo Bowling Club and Tri- County Bowling leagues for several years. Agnes is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Catherine Popham; brother, Clyde West; and nephew Ryan Bettcher. She is survived by her loving husband, Alfred A. Fey Jr. of Schertz; three children, Daryl, Allison, and Shelley; three grandchildren, Matthew, Brandon, and Cameron; siblings, Bobbie Hilburn, Janice Bettcher, Robert Sykes, and Cindy Williams; nieces, Jessica Hilburn, Stefnie West, Jamie Sykes Blanchard, and Jessica Sykes Babin; nephews, James Hilburn, Bradley Hilburn, Dwayne Williams, and J.D. Williams. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2015, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Schertz Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
