Ada Jean Herron Oldaker, age 90, of Schertz, TX went home to be with the Lord on February 7, 2020 at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, TX. She was born August 4, 1929 in Weston, WV, a daughter of the late William “Bill” and Ada Parks Herron. In April, 1945 she married Willard R. Oldaker, who preceded her in death on November 29, 2005.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Jim, Charles, Ben, Daniel and Paul Herron, and three sisters, Maeleene Herron Zinn, Freda Herron Larson and Willelma “Billie” Herron Jones. She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Darlene Graham and husband Dan, and Willelma Jean Oldaker, both living in Texas, 5 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 1 PM, Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
